Domestic Performance Valves
SBI Domestic Performance Valves have been designed and constructed Using the Highest Quality Stainless Steel with Special Features that improve their operational performance over Standard Stock Valves. All SBI Domestic Performance Valves feature Single Keeper Groove designs. Longer stems are available for popular Small Block and Big Block applications. It is recommended all SBI Domestic Performance Valves are installed with a .002” Minimum Stem-To-Guide clearance. Diesel Performance Valves
SBI Diesel Performance Valves are a Bimetallic design utilizing special processes which improve their overall durability and performance over stock valves. Each Valve is constructed using a Premium-Grade Austenitic Stainless Steel head material on both the Intake (EV8) and Exhaust (EV16) Positions with a mid-stem weld using a High-Grade High Chromium Steel Stem Material (HNV3). Each valve is Fully Machined and Nitrided all over, then Polished. Each valve tip is hardened to a minimum of 50 HRc for added durability. Domestic Performance Bronze Valve Guides
SBI® Domestic Performance Bronze Valve Guides are designed and Precision Machined to the Highest Quality available using a High Quality Manganese Bronze. Each Bronze Valve Guide is designed to withstand the high operating temperatures in today's Performance Engines. Our Bronze Valve Guides are ideal for Intake and Exhaust applications and are compatible with SBI® Stainless Steel and Special High Strength Alloy Valves.
Domestic Performance Valve Stem Seals
SBI® Domestic Performance Valve Stem Seals are designed using the highest quality Teflon® and Viton® materials. Each Performance Valve Stem Seal is designed to operate under High Combustion Temperatures and Pressures while delivering the precise oil metering required for the Valve Guide and Valve Stem.

Domestic and Diesel Performance Valve Springs
SBI® Domestic and Diesel Performance Valve Springs are designed and manufactured using the Highest Quality Grade Wire, resulting in exceptional endurance of high loads produced by racing cams. Our Valve Springs are heat treated and stress relieved to increase Spring Performance, longevity and provide the stability needed for High Loads and RPM. SBI® Diesel Performance Valve Springs are treated with an additional Nitriding process in which offers additional benefits of Increased Surface Hardness, a 32% Increased Fatigue Life and a 45% Increase of Creep Resistance.
Domestic Performance Valve Spring Retainers
SBI® Domestic Performance Valve Spring Retainers are precision manufactured from 4140 Bar Stock and Heat Treated to HRc 38-42. In addition, our Domestic Performance Valve Spring Retainers are coated with a Black Oxide Finish for Maximum Corrosion Protection.
Domestic Performance Valve Lifters
SBI® Domestic Performance Valve Lifters are backed by more than 25 Years of Experience, Reliability, Quality and Innovation. Our Domestic Performance Valve Lifters are manufactured using tighter tolerances than OE Manufactured Valve Lifters, which reduces Lift Loss due to Leak Down and allows full utilization of the cam event which equals MORE POWER. Each Valve Lifter has a precise Oil Metering Design to Eliminate excess oil to Rocker Arm at High RPM's. Each SBI® Domestic Performance Valve Lifter is designed and assembled with a Hardened Steel Snap Ring providing Added Strength over conventional wire clips.
SBI® GM LS Rocker Arms
SBI® GM LS Rocker Arms are manufactured using a High Grade Cast Steel. The SBI® Designed LS Rocker Arms replace the OE Factory Bearing and Powdered Metal Trunion with a High Grade Steel Trunion and Captive Bearing Design. Our design allows for a full range of motion, lessens the chance for bearing failure and eliminates the need for costly Trunion Conversion Kits. The SBI® GM LS Rocker Arms are a Stock 1.7 Ratio which can be used in Stock and Performance applications.
